Try gardening, playing a card or board game, or play an instrument. Don’t know how to do or play something? Now’s the time to learn! Who knows, maybe you’ll get a new hobby out of all this.

We all know that working out can be a chore, but now we have more time than ever at home to start getting active. Don’t have equipment? No problem, try going on a walk outside, meditating, or finding one of hundreds of free workouts online! Even taking a break and taking a deep breath can make you feel better.

Having a hard time getting motivated? Think about how you feel after a work out. Think of that good feeling before starting your walk or online workout, and get started getting active. Think about yourself sometimes! What types of hobbies can you do from home? You would actually be surprised at what entertainment is being offered online during these quarantined times. Did you know you can take a paint class or watch a play online? You can also find live concerts and tutorial arts and crafts videos. There are tons of online activities you can do online. Or you can simply take a bath, watch your favorite show or movie, read a book, or stroll through the neighborhood. Whatever makes you happy, take a couple minutes of your day for yourself!

There are so many FREE apps out there to help you connect with other people. Apps such as FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, and now a new one called Houseparty help you connect with others online, and be able to see their faces!
